PSHE (KS3 - 5)

What We Study

PSHE supports students’ personal development, wellbeing and understanding of the world. It equips them with the knowledge and skills to make safe, informed and healthy choices, preparing them for life beyond school.

Key Stage 3

Students explore relationships, health, identity and digital safety. They learn how to manage emotions, build positive relationships and make responsible decisions. The curriculum helps students develop confidence and resilience.

Key Stage 4

Students learn about independence, risk, future planning and responsible decision making. They explore topics such as mental health, careers, finance and personal safety, helping them prepare for the challenges of adolescence and young adulthood.

Key Stage 5

Students focus on preparing for adulthood, including personal finance, wellbeing, independence and life skills. The curriculum supports students as they transition into further study, work and independent living.

Beyond the Classroom

Workshops, speakers and enrichment opportunities help students develop confidence, resilience and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
