Whether it’s managing workload, building confidence, or overcoming barriers to learning, they ensure every young person feels seen, heard and equipped to thrive.

Our Careers Advisor supports students as they explore their ambitions, refine their goals, and make confident decisions about life after Sixth Form. Through one‑to‑one guidance, workshops, and tailored advice, they help students understand their strengths, discover new pathways, and navigate everything from university applications to apprenticeships and employment. Their role is to ensure every student feels informed, empowered and ready for the future they want to build.
