Year 8 - 11

Families looking to join Newlands Girls’ School outside the usual Year 7 September intake can apply through our In Year admissions process, which covers entry into Years 8–11. We understand that moves during the school year can happen for many reasons, and we aim to make the process as clear and supportive as possible.

Before submitting an In Year application, we strongly encourage parents and carers to read our Admissions Policy which explains the criteria and procedures in full and visit the school on one of our open mornings.

Please note that Newlands Girls’ School does not accept any In Year transfers during school holiday periods. Applications are processed during term time only, when staff are available to review places and respond to enquiries.
