They’re here to help you navigate everything from workload to wellbeing to future planning. You’ll get personalised careers guidance, real conversations about your next steps, and a pastoral programme that understands what 16–18‑year‑old girls actually need. And your voice matters.   Sixth Form at Newlands isn’t all study — it’s full of opportunities to get involved, lead and enjoy yourself.   We offer 29 A‑Level and Level 3 courses, plus the EPQ, across STEM, the arts, business and humanities. You choose the subjects you love — and we build the timetable around you. Almost every student gets their perfect combination. Lessons are challenging, creative and built around the latest research. Teachers know how to stretch you, support you and help you achieve your best. And it works. Almost half of our grades are A–B*, and our progress score is the highest in Maidenhead — even above some grammar schools.
